Here's how your cooling assembly is made

1. Selection


Miba can help you select the right high-power resistor and the appropriate cooling method: air-cooled, liquid-cooled, or two-phase (heat pipe).

2. Assembly


The resistor and heat sink are manufactured in-house at Miba and assembled into a single unit. There is no need for external interfaces or additional coordination efforts.

3. Final inspection


The finished assembly is thoroughly inspected prior to shipment. You will receive a validated, turnkey solution.

Power resistor heat sinks are cooling plates and heat sinks onto which high-power resistors are mounted. They reliably dissipate heat and keep components and the surrounding environment within a defined temperature range.
